Can you sign an NDA before we share drawings?+
Yes. We sign your NDA or ours before receiving drawings, and share them only with suppliers on the shortlist you approve.
Which areas do you cover?+
Hai Phong and nearby provinces in Northern Vietnam, including the former Hai Duong area, Quang Ninh, Hung Yen and Bac Ninh. Other regions are quoted per project.
We are an export processing enterprise (EPE). Can we buy locally?+
Yes. Buying from domestic suppliers as an EPE has specific customs and VAT treatment. We check early that shortlisted suppliers can issue the invoices and documents your import-export team needs.
What languages do you work in?+
English with your team and Vietnamese with suppliers. Reports are in English. For Korean or Japanese meetings we can arrange an interpreter, quoted separately.
How are fees structured?+
A fixed fee per sourcing project or part family, a day rate for audits and inspections, or a monthly retainer for ongoing localization work. Every scope is agreed in writing first.
Do you handle company setup, accounting or tax?+
No. We focus on suppliers and quality. For company setup, accounting and tax we recommend working with a licensed local firm.
