What order sizes can you help with?+
From office orders of a few dozen sets to several thousand sets for a whole workforce. The number of suppliers we compare depends on the volume and lead time.
Can the supplier issue a VAT invoice?+
Yes. We only shortlist gift suppliers that can issue valid Vietnamese e-invoices in your company's name.
What do you check before the gifts are delivered?+
We count sets, open a sample of boxes to check contents against the approved sample, check packaging and printing, look for damage and check expiry dates on food items.
Do you recommend suppliers you have a relationship with?+
Some producers we may propose, such as Vietnamese coffee or rice brands, can have a commercial relationship with us or an affiliate. If so, we say so in the shortlist so you can decide with full information.
Is it too late to order for this Tết?+
Contact us as soon as possible. After mid-December, choices narrow and delivery slots before Tết fill up, but simpler sets can often still be arranged.
