Who we are
VietVendor (vietvendor.com) provides sourcing, factory audit and quality control services in Vietnam, based in Hai Phong, Vietnam. For any privacy question, email hello@vietvendor.com.
What we collect
When you send a quote request we collect the details you enter: name, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, country or industrial zone, the service and product you are interested in, purchase volume and your message.
With the request we also record how you reached the site: the page you sent it from, campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters), the referring website and, if you clicked a Google ad, the ad click identifier.
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the information you share there.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your request, prepare quotes, deliver the services you order and follow up on them. We use the source information to understand which pages and campaigns bring useful enquiries.
We do not sell your information. We share it with suppliers or inspectors only when needed for your project, and only the details relevant to it.
Cookies and analytics
If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure visits and the performance of our ads. If you decline, these tools do not set cookies and only receive limited, cookieless signals. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
The site also stores small, non-tracking values in your browser, such as your cookie choice and how you arrived, for the current session.
Where data is stored and for how long
Quote requests are stored on a server we control and may be forwarded to our email inbox through an email delivery provider. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for our business records, and delete them on request unless we must keep them by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@vietvendor.com. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
